A special fee of $500 will be charged to guest for non compliance, you may be asked to leave without completing your stay and no refund will be issued. Our guests must be 18 years of age, we are unable to accommodate children. Reservations:
We accept cash, personal checks with prior approval, and credit cards. Please note that there is a small courtesy charge when paying by credit card. Reservations can be made between between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (central standard time) by calling 662-275-0279. We may be unable to answer if we are taking care of our guests or running errands, please leave a message. Full first nights reservation will be charged to hold reservation. Cancelations prior to 7 days is a $25.00 charge per room. Cancelations between 7 days and 48 hours is a $75.00 charge per room. Cancelations less than 48 hours prior to check in time will forfeit full amount of reservation. Property Issues:
Any damages, stolen items, or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest, including anyone traveling with the guest. Any special clean-up resulting in damages caused by the guests will be charged to the credit card on file. Charges may need to be applied after guest departure as deemed necessary by the Owner/Innkeeper. Owner’s Rights:
