We have owned this home for five years and it was our first time at Crab Carnival. The food, vendors, and overall festive small town vibe were the best! Plan to attend next year if you can! 🧡

✨✨ We just replaced our dock with a bigger, better, newer version! 🙌 It includes a floating dock/platform to easily launch kayaks or hop into tubes.

Question for all - how to improve this blank slate? Chairs, picnic table, fishing pole holders? Looking for ideas to make it absolutely perfect for our guests ❤️

We loved our stay here! Ruby was very responsive and the house was absolutely beautiful. We spent Easter here and the property was perfect for a huge egg hunt for our boys. We went to Busch Gardens for two days and then spent the other two days relaxing at the house. We fished, played on the swingset, enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets, loved the fire pit and made dinner in the huge kitchen. We couldn't have asked for a better spot and are already talking about coming back next year! Thank you!

🌟 Over the last few years hosting, we have welcomed guests from all over the US but this was a first - our most recent guests were visiting from Australia! 🇦🇺

We were thrilled to welcome them and so thankful that they loved the home and area, especially their visit to Mattapony Reserve 🍷
