☀️ SUMMER AT SCENIC VIEW IS JUST GETTING STARTED
Zootopia Weekend was just the beginning. Here's a look at what's coming up on the hill this summer and trust us, you're going to want to be here for all of it.
🎆 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND — July 3–5
Fireworks over the hill, live music, family games, co****le for a cause and the kind of Independence Day celebration that actually feels like one. This one fills up fast every year.
🎄 CHRISTMAS IN JULY — July 24–26
Yes, we're doing it. Full Christmas in the middle of summer — decorated campsites, Santa on the grounds, a candy cane scavenger hunt, holiday crafts for the kids and the Double Barrel Band live on Saturday night. Your kids don't care that it's July. They'll remember the magic.
🐾 DOG DAYS OF SUMMER — August 1–2
Bring your pup. Every dog gets a bandana and a biscuit on check-in, and the weekend is packed with pet-friendly fun including a pet adoption event on Saturday.

🦒 THE UTICA ZOO CAME TO THE HILL TODAY AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT
We had some very special guests at Scenic View Campground this afternoon and the kids — and honestly the adults too — completely lost their minds in the best possible way.
Meet today's visitors:
🕷️ Rosie — a Chilean Rose Haired Tarantula who was remarkably calm about the whole thing. The kids, less so.
🐍 Allistar — a Kenyan Sand Boa who was smooth, beautiful and apparently unbothered by all the excitement.
🐢 Leo — a Leopard Tortoise who took his time getting around and absolutely did not care what anyone thought about it.
🦔 Onyx — a Madagascar Lesser Tenrec who stole the show and we will not be taking questions about it.
This is exactly the kind of atfernoon we had in mind when we built this place. Real animals, real wonder, real families making memories on the hill.

It's a big Saturday on the hill. Here's your full day at a glance.
📅 SATURDAY JUNE 6 — YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
☕ 8am — Panoramic Cafe opens
Start the morning right. Coffee and fresh baked goods, open to campers and the public.
⚽ 9am – 11am — Kickball
Grab your crew and head to the field. All ages welcome, all skill levels welcome, competitive trash talk encouraged.
🍔 11am — Bar & Grill opens
Lunch, dinner, cold drinks and that view. Open all day until 11pm.
🦁 1pm – 2:30pm — Utica Zoo Mobile
This is the one. Real animals, up close, right here on the campground. Bring the kids. Bring the camera. This doesn't happen every weekend.
🏠 3pm – 5pm — Kids Bird House Craft at the Pavilion
Build and decorate your own bird house to take home. Supplies provided, creativity required.
🥩 4pm — Prime Rib starts at the Bar & Grill
While it lasts. Queen Cut and King Cut available. Come hungry.
🎬 At dark — Zootopia 2 Movie Night at the Pavilion
Blankets, chairs, snacks and a movie under the Central New York sky. The perfect way to end a perfect day.

🧊 SOMETHING COLD AND DELICIOUS JUST LANDED AT SCENIC VIEW
The slushie machine is officially on!
We were very particular about what we brought in here. No high fructose corn syrup. No artificial dyes. Just pure cane sugar, real flavor and the kind of cold that makes a hot summer day feel like a reward.
Right now we're running two flavors:
🫐 Blue Raspberry — bold, bright and exactly what you'd hope it would be
🍓 Strawberry — sweet, fresh and dangerously easy to finish
Flavors will rotate throughout the season so if your favorite shows up, don't wait on it.
Available at the Scenic View Panoramic Cafe and Camp Store — open to campers and the public. Grab one, take it outside to the picnic tables and let the Central New York valley do the rest. The arcade and playground are open to cafe and bar and grill patrons too — parental supervision required.
No camping required. Just come up the hill. 🧊

Good morning from the hill. Here's everything going on today for our campers and anyone joining us for the weekend.
📅 FRIDAY JUNE 5 — YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
☕ 8am — Panoramic Cafe opens
Fresh coffee and homemade baked goods. Come grab one before the day gets going.
🐟 11am — Bar & Grill opens for Fish Fry Friday
Fish Fry (baked or fried), Seafood Platter, Fish Sandwich — the Friday night classic up on the hill. Open to campers and the public.
🎯 7pm — Candy Bar Bingo at the Pavilion
All campers welcome. Free to play, fun for every age. Grab your spot early.
🎨 7pm — Paint & Sip at the Events Center
Ticketed event. If you're registered, don't forget — doors open at 7pm.
🌅 And whenever the sky starts lighting up over the hills, that's your sign to stop what you're doing and watch.
