We have 30 sites nestled near a stream all with full hookups. We have a large play area and rec hall. We have a natural pond and stream for swimming and wading. Hiking, boating shopping and anything you want to do are within minutes from us. There is a full service store next door. Many activities are schedules through out the summer so come stay with us and check us out. We offer weekly, monthly and seasonal rates and probably the best around.

Sites 4 and 23 are available for the 2026 season! The cost is $2,250, which includes taxes, utilities, and softwood firewood (while supplies last). Call 802-309-1338 now to reserve your spot. Save $300 if paid in full before January 1, 2026.

As most of you knew we were in the process of selling the campground. As of yesterday Jim and I are officially retired. We have sold to my nephew Corey Alix who has been running the business all summer.
We want to thank each and everyone of you who have been a customer and friend for many years(52 to be exact). I know you all haven't been coming that long but some of you have been with us for many years.
We are wishing Corey great success and we think he will do an amazing job. We do know he has lots more energy that we do.
You won't get rid of us completely as we will be helping Corey for as long as he will need us or WANT us!!
Again good luck Corey and to our customers thank you for being the best customers anybody could ever have.
