We were very happy to host the President and Vice President of Vermont FFA Association, alongside a local chapter President, and a National FFA Officer for an industry tour this morning!
Although the sap hasn't started to run yet, we gave them a tour of the sugarhouse, and the maple shop and discussed the process of making maple syrup and the other maple products. The maple industry is a large part of Vermont's culture, and agriculture. We are proud to give a glimpse of it through our family's operation to youth who have a passion for getting involved and promoting agriculture throughout their state and country. You are the future of agriculture! Happy National FFA Week!💙💛

It’s PIE baking day!! 👩🏻‍🍳

One of our favorite recipes for Maple Pumpkin Pie is by Danielle Walker's Against All Grain (link comments). And of course we use REAL Vermont maple syrup. We love to cook with Dark with Robust Taste or Very Dark with Strong Taste for that deeper maple flavor.

Feel free to use whatever crust you like best, but this filling…. Let’s just say you’re going to want to make a double batch so you have leftovers for breakfast. 🥧 🤤

Our apple pies made with granulated maple sugar are in the oven right now.

We brought home ribbons again! 🍁🥇

We are thrilled to share that Couture’s Maple Shop took "Best of Show" and "Best of Class" for our Pure Vermont Maple Cream at the 2025 Orleans County Fair!

We have poured decades of hard work (and a whole lot of love) into making the highest-quality maple products we can, so receiving this recognition from our community means the world to us.
