This recognition is a wonderful reflection of Peter’s dedication, passion and commitment to an industry he has given so much to throughout his career, alongside his continued commitment to supporting charitable causes.

It was a very special moment and one we were incredibly proud to share with him.

🚨 PERSONAL LICENCE HOLDERS & LICENSED PREMISES MANAGERS (SCOTLAND) 🚨

Please make sure you know your renewal and refresher training deadlines.

✅ 5-Year Refresher Training
You must complete your refresher training before your deadline date. Once completed, you have 3 months to submit your training certificate and required paperwork to your Licensing Board.

✅ 10-Year Personal Licence Renewal
You must complete the required training and submit your renewal application at least 3 months before your licence expiry date. Waiting until the expiry date may mean you are unable to renew and could be required to apply for a new personal licence.

⚠️ Licensed Premises Managers
If your personal licence ceases to be valid, you can no longer act as a Licensed Premises Manager. Premises should ensure that their nominated Premise Licence Manager always holds a valid personal licence to avoid potential licensing issues.
If you have no other Personal Licence Holders on the premises to temporarily take over if your own licence expires, you cannot sell alcohol until you receive your new licence.

Don't leave it until the last minute - check your licence dates now and make sure all training and paperwork are completed in time.

If you're unsure which deadline applies to you, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Upcoming Course dates -

Tuesday 3rd November
