While staying at the cottage last night I set up my Dwarf 3 camera and took a photo of the Pinwheel Galaxy. We get some beautiful nights here!

Our heron came to visit today, right outside the window. We've seen a heron here on the bluff for at least ten years, and I found out that they typically live to be fifteen years old. Now we wonder if it's the same bird that we always see.
