This "Texanna" style home is located in the quiet, serene community of Wheelock Texas, Robertson County, just a short drive from Bryan-College Station and Texas A&M University. Before beginning construction on the house, the Cavitt family first built a small, rugged cabin which still stands on the property today. The home hosted many prominent visitors during it's operation as a stagecoach inn, in

cluding Sam Houston, a longtime friend of the Cavitts. The home received it's Historical Landmark Designation in 1964. for more info visit: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=6&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CDwQFjAFahUKEwiKrNfQpcXHAhWDNIgKHcTMAlQ&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FTracesofTexas%2Fphotos%2Fa.162532927112178.34097.105810232784448%2F984810648217731%2F&ei=tO3cVYqCGIPpoATEmYugBQ&usg=AFQjCNFAJPXFNd7tTYj2BX3Ww5uK0Dt2eg&sig2=r5le7KGnrgguigJ-N93smw
