There is a large pavilion for hosting and a heated bath house. Each spacious camp site has its own fire pit and picnic table. CAMPSITE OCCUPANCY is limited to a maximum number of six (6) people per campsite, including visitors. Persons camping under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children may not be left unattended in the campground without adult supervision.
2.CAMPIN
G EQUIPTMENT must be contained to only your assigned site.
3. VEHICLES ON CAMPSITES are limited to a maximum number of two (2) per campsite other than camping equipment, due to space. This includes visitor vehicles.
4. CHECK-IN TIME is 12:00PM seven days a week. In respect for the campground quiet hours there will be NO check in after 10:00PM unless prior arrangements have been made.
5. CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00AM seven days a week. Campers and their guests are required to leave the campground at check-out time. An additional night’s camping fee may be charged for late departures.
6. VISITORS must depart the campground by 10:00 PM or if the camper checks out prior to this time. Visitors are subject to all rules, regulations and restrictions. Visitors must check-in.
7. CAMPING LIMIT is a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Seasonal campers will be allowed for longer periods with prearranged scheduling.
8. QUIET HOURS are in effect from 11:00PM TO 7:00AM daily. Any unreasonably loud noise is prohibited at any time.
9. FIREWORKS, FI****MS, EXPLOSIVES and PROJECTILE-FIRING DEVICES are prohibited.
10. CAMPFIRES must be confined to fire rings. DO NOT leave fires unattended. Extinguish all fires upon departure from campsite. Only dead wood on the ground may be collected for firewood. Cutting of trees for firewood is prohibited. Firewood bundles are available for purchase for $5.00 a bundle (while supplies last).
11. SWIMMING AREAS Swimming in the pond is prohibited. There is no lifeguard on duty. No unattended children are allowed near pond or stream.
12. TREES in the campground should be protected. DO NOT NAIL, SAW OR CUT TREES.
13. PETS MAXIMUM TWO (2) PER CAMPSITE (NO EXCEPTIONS) There is no breed restriction. However, aggressive pets are not permitted in the campground. Excessive barking or disturbance by pets is prohibited at any time. ALL Pets must be penned, caged or restrained on a leash no longer than six (6) feet. Invisible fences or shock collars are not sufficient. Pet owners must dispose of all pet waste in dumpsters. Pets are not allowed in restrooms or showers. DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED.
14. SINKS in restrooms are not to be used for washing pets or dishes, cleaning fish, etc.
15. GRAY/WASTE WATER from RV’s and portable toilets/showers must be caught in holding tank or other receptacle and deposited at the dump station ($3.00 fee to dump). Washing vehicles, camping equipment, or anything that produces gray water to be discharged on or around the campsite is prohibited.
16. FEEDING GEESE AND OTHER WILDLIFE is prohibited due to health and environmental concerns.
17. ALL GARBAGE MUST BE PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER which is located at the entrance near the train depot. Do not deposit garbage in fireplaces or grills. Campsite must be kept clean during occupancy and cleaned upon departure. DO NOT leave garbage bags on the site.
18. VEHICLES, CAMPERS AND TRAILERS must be street legal, operated by a licensed driver on established roadways. No riding on the exterior of vehicles. Keep all trailers clean and out of roadway.
19. COMMON COURTESY not to walk through other campsites.
20. Any act or conduct which interferes with, impedes or disrupts another person’s use of the campground (boisterous, rowdy or disorderly) is prohibited.
21. Failure to abide by these regulations and restrictions may result in legal action, expulsion, and/or forfeiture of fees paid.
22. The person registered for a campsite shall be presumed to be responsible for any violation of rules unless proven otherwise.
23. No camper or vehicle repairs allowed on site. Keep campsites clean of trash and camper parts. If you have an issue with your camper or vehicle, contact the campsite supervisor.
24. CANCELLATION POLICY is a 48 hour notice. Notify the office 48 hours prior to your first night stay. If you cancel with less than 48 hour notice, no refund will be given. There will be no refund given for weather related cancellations.
25. SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH or less. If you are in violation, you may be asked to leave. UTVs, ATVs, dirt bikes, 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, etc., are not permitted off roadways in campground.
