We’re excited to announce that we will now have an onsite bike mechanic! Michael Foster comes to us with plenty of bike mechanic skills and experience. He’ll be servicing our Pivot rental bikes fleet and available by appointment to help guests with their bikes. He may be around for weekend tune ups and emergency repair as well. As you can imagine with all of the bike traffic, we found this to be a huge void that needed to be filled, and we know Michael will be perfect for the job.

Mike’s not just a mechanic, but he is also very skilled on two wheels. You might find him turning a simple jump into something he can backflip over. He’s also a great skills teacher and highly knowledgeable on all things related to jumping and balancing. Check out some of his moves in the video below

Dragon Trail Update 5-20-26: The northern 2.5 miles (mile 22 to 24.5) of section 7 is closed and blocked off, you should stay out! There is a very manageable bypass. See the map below. The new bypass will exit or rejoin the trail on M-20 at the north end of the guardrail. We will have signs and orange security fence to guide you in or out. This gives you only 1/3 of a mile to ride on M-20 and gives you abundant clear line of sight for crossing M-20. The total bypass is only 1.2 miles and you only lose 1.3 miles of trail.
The remaining 42 miles is open, and ready for your enjoyment! A big shoutout to the trail adopters and last weekend's trail day volunteers. Without them the whole trail would be closed.
