MLK weekend is nearly here!❄️ We’re expecting a lot of people to come out and enjoy the slopes, so plan ahead to make sure your weekend is as fun as possible! Our guest service emails and phones will be experiencing high volumes of messages, so please be patient with our team as we work to address questions as swiftly as possible.

Here are the things you’ll want to know before you go:

Tickets - DAY TICKETS ARE LIMITED THIS HOLIDAY WEEKEND to prioritize our pass holders so book online to ensure your spot on the slopes AND lock in the best savings.
Rentals - Book online for savings and to ensure availability. If you have lessons head straight to ski and ride school to check in when you arrive. If you have a valid Lift Ticket or Epic Pass, head straight to rentals to get your gear. If you need to buy a lift ticket, go to the ticket windows
🎟️ Printing new cards takes time! Have a day ticket card or Epic Pass from last season? Bring it with you! You can reload it online and skip the ticket line entirely! If you don't have a card and get into town early, you can come to Big Boulder or Jack Frost and get your card for the next day(s).
📝 Adults must sign rental waivers for all minors. Print and sign the form ahead of time if you cannot accompany your minor.
⏰ ARRIVE EARLY. Are you a pass holder or do you have a preloaded media card day ticket? Head right to the lift for first chair! If you have lessons, make sure to arrive as early as possible, especially if you’re renting equipment. Leave extra room for delays during this holiday weekend.
🍔 Face coverings are only required indoors this season, except when actively eating and drinking. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required only in our main lodge cafeteria. The E-2000 Bar & Grill at Jack Frost and The T-Bar at Big Boulder do not require proof of vaccination. We also have warming areas that do not require vaccinations.
🛷 Snow tubing will not open this weekend, as we prioritize resources for the ski/riding experience.
