27 Sept 2026. 12:14am. Relaxing on the deck by the fire.
Beautiful full moon. Cool breeze from the North at 4 MPH with 9 MPH gusts. 59 degrees currently, which makes the fire necessary. I know lp gas is like cheating. I really prefer wood fire, but lp gas makes it quick and convenient, sometimes that is what’s required.

Cool weather this past week with a return to normal temperatures this week. Highs in the low 80’s with lows in the low 50’s to low 60’s. Fantastic weather to lay around in the sun during the day and relax without burdensome summer heat.

Great weekday specials. Give us a call and escape from reality one more time before it’s too late!

It’s not blistering hot now. The water has cooled off considerably. Comfortably cool, not cold. Spent this afternoon floating with the wife.

It is the first time this year I’ve been able to relax in the water. It is addictive.

I should have done it more this summer but spare time has been elusive.

We’ve got a couple of weekends remaining for floating on the water and enjoying warm weather and magnificent sunsets on the water.

Rates during the week are significantly less and weekends are reduced as well.

05 Sep 2026. Part 2.
Windy conditions during the storm. Two neighbors had boats to come loose. One pulled its anchor out of the ground, the other broke two lines that were securing it. There were several neighbors that braved the storm to capture and secure the boats. I’m curious as to how fast the winds were. The rain drops felt like bb’s hitting you.

We really need the rain, but could do without the wind!
