In 1968 Congress created the Wild River Act and the Wolf River was part of the original six rivers selected. When you raft at Shotgun Eddy you will be rafting on the 20 mile stretch that was designated in this act and because of this cans or glass bottles are not allowed on rafting trips. (We recommend thermos like containers.) Please do your part to keep this river in its wild and pristine condition. Enjoy the view. Don't forget we have camping available at Shotgun Eddy. Shotgun Eddy White Water Rafting is an outfitter for rafting on the Wolf River in Wisconsin. We provide everything you need for a save rafting adventure. Self bailing rafts, life jackets, helmets, and wet suits. Along with that, we have a campground. In our snack shop we have food, snacks, beverages, T-shirts and ice.
