Sam Taminosian is a Portland-based chef whose cooking is rooted in classical technique, seasonality, and a deep appreciation for the ingredients and people of the Pacific Northwest. Over the course of his career, he has had the opportunity to work alongside acclaimed chefs Gregory Gourdet and John Denison , experiences that helped shape his approach to thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking.
