Yesterday evening in the park was prime time for wispy cloud gazing ☁️
As of Monday, Going-to-the-Sun Road is open through the park. While there aren’t vehicle reservations this year, Logan Pass does have a three-hour parking limit (Hidden Lake Overlook is still covered in snowpack, so don’t expect to do much hiking unless you’re prepared for snow!).
Trail access varies regularly throughout the park, depending primarily on weather, rockslides, and bear activity. Always check trail status before you head out, keep your bear spray with you (and easily accessible!), and take your time. There’s a lot to see in the park, even if you have to rearrange some plans!
