Catch the free Cherokee Bonfire this Saturday, July 25, 7-9pm, with Cherokee storytelling, hand drumming, and marshmallow roasting at Oconaluftee Island Park (more Saturdays through August 29).

Then bring the kids back for a free Talking Trees Children's Trout Derby on August 2 where the Oconaluftee River will be stocked with trout so the kids can catch. Poles, and everything is provided but you need to sign-up your child at visitcherokee.com
