It is situated steps from Clifton Square that offers plenty of entertainment, restaurants, spas, boutiques, bakeries, beauty salons, and perfect for a night out with friends. Those looking for additional entertainment can take a five minute drive to downtown Wichita that has a riverwalk, kayaking, art, restaurants, nightlife, and more.

The home can accommodate a maximum of 20 people, and is composed of 4 bedrooms across two floors (3 levels in total)
