Good evening Rose Hill.

The ice machine was down for about 2 weeks. The ice maker water pump failed.... ordered the new one..... sent us the wrong pump and we had to wait for the correct one.... long story short we got it fixed and it is working correctly. If you tried using it today it was offline because we lost power last night. I got it restarted and all is working correctly as of ten minutes ago.

Thank you everyone for using it and supporting it and I'm sorry it has had a few issues the past couple weeks!!!
