My name is Jason Lawrence and my wife Julie and I are excited about offering these economy style cabins and RV Spot rentals to you. We have designed and built these in mind of the college across the road (Eastern Oklahoma State College) for the convenience of being so close to campus. We would like to invite student, faculty or workers to apply for our off campus housing or RV rental. We are offering a short term (6 Month) lease for the cabins and monthly for the RV spaces. We currently have three available now while we are 90% finished with the fourth one. Unfortunately the RV spaces are not completed at this time. There is a lease back ground and reference check application to fill out and if accepted there is a lease agreement to follow. We allow certain common pets for an additional $25 and there is a contingent deposit required of $300 up front. For more information, please contact me via text or email at this time. We have three eco-cabins ready for rental. To apply for rental, applicant must fill out back ground and reference check form. All cabins are short term 6 month to 6 month lease and Eastern Oklahoma State College students, faculty and workers have priority given location across from the college. Owner supplies water, sewer, trash and internet services. Renter is responsible for their own electric service through PSO. Pets are allowed with $25 extra fee, $300 deposit is required.
