ABSOLUTELY no motorized vehicles are to be driven by ANYONE without a valid drivers license. This includes electric bikes, scooters. Absolutely no toddler type battery operated vehicles are to be on the road, they can be used in site only! It is way to dangerous, they cannot be seen by vehicles!
