Shuttle Service Hours:
Monday–Thursday: Service begins at 5:00 PM
Friday–Sunday: Shuttle service is available during our regular hours of operation.
To request a scheduled pickup, please call or text us before 3:00 PM on the day of service. Please provide your name, hotel name, exact pickup address, number of passengers, requested pickup time, and phone number.
Once all scheduled requests are received, our team will coordinate pickup times and may adjust your requested time slightly so we can efficiently group guests staying at nearby hotels or pickup locations. We will contact you to confirm your final pickup time.
After 3:00 PM, shuttle service is available on a first-come, first-served basis, based on driver availability. Please always TEXT your name, hotel name, exact pickup address, number of passengers, and phone number to this number. Having your pickup information sent by text allows our driver to easily access your location and provide an ETA without having to search for or write down an address while driving. This helps us serve everyone more efficiently and safely.
Need a ride back to your hotel? Please text us when you are ready to return. Return transportation is based on driver availability and the driver’s location at that time, so an exact return time cannot be guaranteed. Our driver will provide an ETA based on the current route and other pickups in progress.
