Most of us can remember summer nights going over to Pacific Avenue with friends to hit the MT Bottle. I will never forget waiting in line to get into “Beat the Clock” at The Fairview. Not very long ago 2nd Street Annie’s with the dualing pianos, moved to Wildwood from it’s original location in North Wildwood.

Well, with the passing of time comes change and The Wildwoods are no stranger to that ticking clock;)

The Wildwood Zoning & Planning Board approved construction of The Residences at Pacific by BG Capital. It will be a 28,000 square foot residential complex, that will include commercial retail units on Pacific Avenue, which will span from Schellenger to Lincoln Avenues.

**FUN FACT: The Residences will comprise the largest single structure ever built on Pacific Avenue.

First let me say, thank you to everyone who accepted my invite. This is a new direction I am taking in my business life and your support means a great deal to me.

My intention is to expose everyone to the Cape May County that I have grown to absolutely love and everything it has to offer.

Most people know Cape May County for it’s shore communities and the summer season…Which let’s face it, it is great! There is just nothing like summertime and the Jersey Shore. But Cape May County is so much more than it’s beaches! Not only do the barrier islands have their own uniqueness, but so do the inland towns. It’s the secrets that every local knows, the hidden gems.🙂

“You live here year round?”

“Yes.”

“Doesn’t everything close down after summer?”

“Ummm…Somethings do, yes.”

“Don’t you get bored?”

“No, not at all. I love it here in the winter.”

“What is there to possibly do here in the winter?”
