May 2 to June 5: rent is $1700 per week plus $500 refundable damage deposit plus $200 refundable cleaning fee
June 6 to June 19: rent is $1850 per week plus $500 refundable damage deposit plus $200 refundable cleaning fee
June 20 to August 28: rent is $2000 per week plus $500 refundable damage deposit plus $200 refundable cleaning fee.
August 29 to September 25: rent is $1700 per week plus $500 refundable damage deposit plus $200 refundable cleaning fee
Refund Policy – Full refund if canceled 16 weeks or more before reservation. Cancel within 16 weeks before stay a full refund after your reservation re-rents.

For rent is a nicely furnished home apartment on the Bay of Sunset Lake. 5704 Lake Road Downstairs Apartment sleeps six. The home apartment has a spectacular view of the Bay and easy access to the bay/water via our private docks. The home is a short 15 minute causal walk to the beach. Please contact me to confirm availability.

The Summer House, 5704 Lake Road, is on the Bay of Sunset Lake. Bird watching, kayaking, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, water activities are within a few feet of the apartments. Access to the water is via our water front dock, pier and floating dock. 5704 Lake Road apartments are clean, comfortable and fully equipped. All are simply decorated to give an 'at home' feeling that matches the feel of a beach house, not a hotel room. You are within a short casual 15 minute walk to the ocean beach and boardwalk. Beach tags are not required at Wildwood Crest Beaches.

Available for rent is the following:

1) 5704 Lake Road Downstairs Apartment: Apartment has 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms have queen size beds. One full bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. Apartment has central AC, cable and internet.

Linens, blankets and towels are not provided.

For weekly rentals check in time is Saturday between 4 pm and 10 pm. Check out time is the following Saturday 10am.

Rental is dog friendly for a friendly dog less than 15 pounds. For a larger dog your dog must be passive, quiet and friendly. Please contact me via phone to discuss your dog prior to bringing your dog.

Property is smoke free; smoking is not permitted on the property.
Property is not handicap accessible.
