As our Long-Term and Short-Term rental portfolios continue to grow in Wilmington, we’re looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team on the Long-Term Rental side!

This is a great opportunity for someone who:
✔️ Loves working with people
✔️ Is organized and responsive
✔️ Wants flexibility
✔️ Is interested in getting into the property management industry
✔️ Enjoys a fast-paced, growing environment
✔️ Has or is willing to get NC Real Estate License

🏡 Responsibilities include:
• Responding to rental inquiries
• Scheduling and conducting showings
• Assisting with applications and lease signings
• Marketing available rentals
• Providing excellent customer service to owners and tenants
✨ Flexible part-time schedule
✨ Commission-based compensation
✨ Growth opportunity with a rapidly expanding company

We currently manage approximately 25 long-term rentals and 30+ short-term rentals, and we expect continued growth throughout 2026 and beyond.

The right go-getter has all the room to grow with us if they wish!!
