Meet Rebecca Scott, Dual Director of Sales at Hotel Lela, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, and Tru by Hilton Wilmington.
At Hilton, connection is everything, and Rebecca brings that to life every day. With a genuine passion for hospitality and a natural ability to build relationships, she enjoys welcoming guests to Wilmington and helping them experience everything the area has to offer.
Rebecca brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset to her work and is known for keeping things moving forward, even on the busiest days. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University (Go Pirates!). She serves as Treasurer for the Wilmington Area Hospitality Association and is also a member of McKibbon Hospitality’s Sales Council, where she provides insight for the sales division and mentors new team members across the portfolio.
Outside of the hotel, Rebecca enjoys exploring Wilmington’s local coffee shops and restaurants and fully embraces the coastal lifestyle she now calls home. A true crime fan, she is always working her way through the next podcast, documentary, or book. In her downtime, she enjoys tapping into her creative side through crafting and coloring, with music always in the background - ranging from country to ’90s pop to punk rock.
Rebecca and her husband, Steven, are proud parents of their 9-year-old son, Landon, who keeps life fun and busy with baseball, soccer, and basketball.
Her Hilton journey has taken her across North and South Carolina and now to Wilmington, where she is proud to put down roots both personally and professionally.
