A little fall tradition, Carolina Beach style. 🎃🌊
The pumpkin patch is back at the Carolina Beach Pier, and we’re here for it! Pumpkins on the sand, drinks from the tiki bar, bonfires, live music, and ocean views. Not a bad way to celebrate fall!

The little things make a big difference.
When we take on a property, we bring with us the knowledge gained from thousands of guest stays, reviews and comments. We know what guests notice, what they appreciate, and the little details that can turn a good stay into a great one.

Here are 5️⃣ we never overlook:

Make Sleep a Priority : A beautiful bedroom is great. A bedroom guests actually sleep well in is better. Comfortable mattresses, quality pillows, blackout curtains and bedside charging go a long way.

Take Coffee Seriously :  Coffee matters. A thoughtful setup with plenty of mugs, regular + decaf, tea, sweeteners and to-go cups makes mornings easier. And yes, we like it to look good too.

Stock the Kitchen for Real Cooking :  If the home sleeps eight, the kitchen should work for eight. Enough cookware, dishes, glassware and everyday essentials to actually make and serve a meal.

Have a “Forgot Something?” Basket :  Toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors and a few basics guests commonly forget. Most may never use it, but the guest who needs it will absolutely remember it.

Think Beyond the Front Door :  At the coast, the guest experience includes the beach. Towels, chairs, outdoor showers, hooks for wet suits and an easy spot for sandy gear make beach days that much easier.

The best hospitality is usually found in the details.

Hello, new friends 👋🏼 Let me reintroduce myself. I’m Mary Chris, founder of Endless Summer Properties + Design.
What started with a love for hospitality, beautiful spaces, and our little corner of the coast has grown into something much bigger than I originally imagined.
Today, our team manages a growing collection of vacation rentals throughout Wrightsville Beach, Wilmington, Carolina Beach and Topsail, but property management is only part of what we do.
We help homeowners think through the whole picture, from renovations and furnishing to design, guest experience, pricing, maintenance and the million little details that come with owning a short-term rental.
I believe a rental can be beautiful without feeling precious. It can be thoughtfully designed and still stand up to sandy feet, wet bathing suits, kids, dogs and a summer full of guests. And most importantly, it should feel like somewhere you actually want to stay.
Around here you’ll see a little bit of everything: properties we manage, homes we’re designing, renovation projects, behind-the-scenes chaos, places we love around town, and plenty of what we’ve learned along the way.
