Excellent service. Carla and Troy were gracious hosts. Clean, comfortable large room. Great location and convenient parking. The area was quiet and very inviting. We walked everywhere downtown to local restaurants, shops and Pubs. We plan to return to Wilmington and stay at this wonderful boutique hotel!

A last minute decision to stay in Wilmington one more night and a quick search of downtown hotels led us to Hotel Riverwalk. Couldn't be more delighted! Situated in the lovely historic residential neighborhood. Inviting of a walkabout. And quiet. Our room was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything a guest could require for a comfortable stay. The personal touch the owners,Troy and Carla, put into everything is evidence of the pride they have in their property. We enjoyed their company and conversation over coffee in the morning. Hated to have to break away. Now planning the day I return. Thank you, Troy and Carla. My best wishes for your continuing success story.
