Quaker Knoll is a private campground owned by the Wilmington Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends. It is located on Cowan Lake at 675 Sprague Road (off state route 730). Organized groups or families can rent the campground year round. Amenities include Clark Lodge which contains a large meeting and dining room that will accomodate 120 persons. Four walking trails through the woods wi
