Elisa has been a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain and knows the area from both water and land. She is also a Real Estate professional who has operated in the Cape Fear Region for many years, and works with investors and second-home buyers looking for waterfront and beach communities along the North Carolina Coast. Elisa knows the vacation rental market and what it takes to improve rental income while keeping guests happy. Greg has worked many years in the hospitality and IT industries.
