A mile past , the paved road ends. Meander another 7-8 miles, and you could find yourself here at Nissitissit Bridge, a pedestrian "kissing bridge" over the Nissitissit River in Brookline NH, right near Lake Potanipo.

This is our second site -- bare-ground, bring-your-own-tent (or rent ours...we'll even set it up for you!) - no platform, no bunkbeds, no stove in the tent...but a beautiful spot on the river, a picnic table, a fire pit, a camp loo, and a trash can. :)

Nestled up against a beautiful river, it has everything you need to enjoy a tranquil and restorative stay in the New Hampshire woods. the Tentrr canvas tent is cozy and comfortable, and the wood heater can get the tent very toasty. Great picnic table and outdoor cooking area, and everything you need to enjoy a night of "glamping." Jody was wonderful - we never saw each other in person, but she had placed a big jug of potable water and dry firewood at our camp before we arrived. There were plenty of signs marking the way down to the campsite, and where to park. Very straightforward. Highly recommend for a little New England get away."
