Second floor, covered porch, Hill Country views in every direction the valley allows.

The Sunset Room was designed around the evening before anything else got decided.

The first-ever Wimberley Chili Cook-Off & Music Fest is happening October 10, and it's shaping up to be the kind of day this town remembers for a while.

Gates open at 8am, chili tasting kicks off at noon, and the music doesn't stop.
Free admission, $20 for chili tasting. A full day of Hill Country food and live music, all in one place.

Once a year, Wimberley turns into a 490-booth flea market and it's every bit as good as that sounds.

Antiques nobody else has found yet, artisan goods, vintage finds, food, and live music drifting between the stalls. It's the kind of day that makes you want to linger, not rush back to the car.

We're five minutes down the road close enough to spend the whole day at Market Days, far enough to come back to actual quiet once you're done.
