Fridays at The Bell House | The Beginning
Every beautiful place begins with a story.
The Bell House first took shape in 1946, when a modest two-bedroom home was built here in the heart of Wimberley. Not long after, the owners added a drive-through snow cone stand — a small Hill Country stop where locals could pull up for something sweet on a warm Texas afternoon.
That same drive-through window still exists today.
But instead of snow cones, it now serves champagne.
Over the decades the property evolved, expanding into neighboring buildings that once housed a television repair shop, a porch swing store, and even a floral shop before eventually becoming home to the beloved Wimberley Village Thrift Store.
Today The Bell House continues its story as a place where people gather — to celebrate, to connect, and to create new memories together.
And every weekend, a new chapter begins.
