We are selling Abundance Retreat in Wimberley as a residence with the option of purchasing most of the furnishings, art and decorations along with some of the business assets. Additional revenue can be earned from the thriving Austin film industry -- multiple commercials have been shot here over the years. We are seeking someone to purchase Abundance and steward our houses, the land, sparkling Cypress Creek, the wildlife and ideally our loyal guests for the next 20 years and beyond. We want to find someone who will treat each with as much love and care as we have.

Wimberley is one the best viewing spots in North America for this eclipse, and we just opened up both Sundance and Moondance for this event. An eclipse like this will not be viewable in the US again until 2044.
