A brief note of thanks to those that helped put up and decorate the beautiful Wi******er Christmas tree for all the community to enjoy. Dick Whitman thank you for the tree, John Morris thank you for the bucket truck. Miriam Youngren, LeAnne Trautman and Brendon Crea thank you for coordinating equipment to lift the tree into place. Special thanks to Eric Frei owner of “Wi******er Bar & Grille” for the use of his lot and fetching the tree. Thanks to Preston Summers, Lauren Frei, Larry Tannahill for helping to “Get er’ done”.
This holiday season brought many different things to be thankful for as well as hard or devastating experiences for some. To those less fortunate, I hope that you were helped by the generosity and kindness of others. To those that were more fortunate, I hope you found opportunity to share.

Please spread the word. KITH-N-KIN: PICNIC, pig roast. The term "kith" itself, now largely obsolete, originally referred to one's native land and neighbors. Over time, it evolved to encompass a broader sense of acquaintances and friends, often used alongside "kin" (meaning family) to create the alliterative phrase. Please pass this on, we are all over the world and next door.
