Golden Rule Campground got a special visitor from SouthernCare! Darlene came out to go fishing at our pond. This was one of her catches for the day, pretty good looking fish if you ask us! We are happy you were able to make it out Darlene we hope to see you back soon!

Day 4 of meet the campers! Releasing 2 couples today!
Rodney & Carol Bates. This is our second year @ Golden Rule. We have been married for 11 years, and have a beautifully blended family of 5 adult children, 2 son in laws and 3 grandkids. And of course our 🐾 paw baby, Ruby!
We are on site #12. You’ll see Carol & the grands there more often than Rodney, he’s got a lot of irons in the fire. Rodney works full time, runs his own dumpster rental business and his passion is rebuilding classic cars Currently he is restoring a 1965 Pontiac GTO like the one he had in high school. Carol is in business administration full time & runs the admin side of RB Roll Off Bins for Rodney. My passion is my family (ok, specifically the grandbabies 😉)
My favorite thing about Rodney is that he can do anything! If he can’t do it, give him a minute & he will figure it out! His favorite thing about me?? I don’t know, good luck getting any mushy gushy out of him. We are looking forward to growing old in this 2nd chance at happiness given to us my God.

Hello Campers I was thinking of a way for us to get to know you all a little better! I wanted to do some meet the campers post daily if I get enough send ins! All you would need to do is message the account a picture of yourself and some fun facts!
We will start with Bryan and April!
April Burcroff is probably the most fun Burcroff you will meet! She knows how to have a good time and she knows no stranger! A fun fact about April is she loves music and she knows the lyrics to hundreds of songs so you will probably catch her down at the bears den singing karaoke! If you want to start a conversation with her but don’t know where to start she loves horses and could probably talk about them all day long.
Bryan Burcroff is probably the most hard to approach Burcroff! Bryan seems like he is all business at first but just wait till he gets some drinks in him! Bryan loves renovation projects! You will often find him working on something and if he isn’t he is thinking about what he can work on next! If you are looking to start up a conversation with him he loves football and his favorite team is the colts which makes it interesting on game days because Aprils is the broncos!
Bryan and April have been married for 8 years. The thing Bryan loves most about April is her positive energy. She can make even the hardest of days not seem so bad! The thing April loves most about Bryan is his passion for his businesses. Bryan started his first business at 34 years old and has put his all into them ever since!
They are most excited to see how the campground will look in the next three years as they have some big plans!
