After a lot of thought, reflection, and absolutely no consultation with anyone who knows me…

I’ve decided to give up coffee for the rest of the year. 😌

Please respect my privacy during these very difficult four months. 😂

🦊 Meet Tammy — Bringing Breakfast to The Farmhouse! 🏡🍳

We’re excited to introduce Tammy Logan, the newest member of The Fox and The Farmhouse family and the talented cook behind our new Farmhouse Breakfast experience!

Tammy comes to us with more than a decade of hospitality experience, including nearly four years at the Fairbanks House in Fernandina Beach, Florida, where she worked her way from housekeeping and guest service to Assistant Innkeeper and Head Chef.

During her time there, Tammy helped oversee daily inn operations, supervised staff, planned menus, managed food resources and costs, and—most importantly—prepared and served breakfast for countless guests.

She also brings six years of hospitality experience from the Omni Hotel on Amelia Island, along with her State Food Safety Food Manager Certification.

So when we began dreaming about what breakfast at The Farmhouse should feel like, Tammy's combination of cooking, hospitality, and bed & breakfast experience made her a wonderful fit.

Beginning this September, you’ll find Tammy in our Farmhouse kitchen preparing the kind of breakfast we want our guests to remember—homemade, thoughtfully prepared, and served with a little Southern hospitality. ❤️

From buttermilk biscuits, breakfast bakes and entrees; to fresh fruit, homemade whipped cream and plenty of hot coffee, we can't wait for you to experience what's coming.
