Today's the day! The 250 Relay Team is on the Rock Island Trail this morning and after a quick break in Windsor at Katy Rock Junction they'll hit the Katy Trail. They're staying in Sedalia tonight and will be on the Katy for a few days, so say "Hello" when you see them on the trail!
