The night audit position consists of completing day end reports using various excel spreadsheets and our booking system, RoomMaster. Attention to detail is a must for this position. Looking to hire one or two more weekend night auditors. Normal shift would be 8 hours, 11pm-7am.

We are looking for someone that possess considerable knowledge of computer systems for registration, reservations and back-up systems. Has strong customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-High School Diploma preferred
-Minimum of three months customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Register and assign rooms to guests.
-Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests and other available services.
-Keep records of room availability and guest accounts.
-Compute bill, collect payment and make change for guests.
-Make, confirm, and cancel reservations for guests, as needed.
-Post charges for room, gift shop, telephone, and other incidental charges.
