Originally home to the Gray family's poultry farm in the 1930s, these naturally lit guest rooms now offer a relaxing, nature-filled retreat.

The Grille Room is the original bar at The Graylyn Estate. It has a cozy atmosphere, featuring elegant cocktails and stunning architectural design. This spring, we’ve introduced new cocktails to the menu, including the Deacon’s Harvest. This seasonal cocktail is made with bourbon, peach puree, fresh lemon juice, mint, and aromatic bitters.
