It is with a sad heart that I announce the passing of WB Charlie Pritchard
(PM) this evening. WB Prichard served Masonry with distinction for over 60 years, and we were blessed with his presence within the last three months prior to his decline in health. This should be a striking lesson to us all that we may at any time be called to that House not built with hands, eternal to the Heavens at any time. Cherish the memories we have while we have them. The family had prior requested Masonic Rites to be delivered, and we're doing that.



I spoke with Mrs. Martin this evening. Arrangements will not be official until tomorrow morning, and she will contact me with the complete official times. We do know the place and the tentative day at this point. This will be a graveside only with visitation to follow at Salem Funeral home which is at the corner of Polo Road, and Reynolda which is located specifically at
2599 Reynolda Road, 27106 for your GPS. The graveside will be conducted at Forsyth Memorial Park for those of us who have lived here forever and a day.
For those who are new, it's referred to as Dignity Memorial. The specific location for your GPS is 3771 Yadkinville Road, 27106.



Your presence is urgently requested. I will have more details and a follow up tomorrow once I have all the information.

WILKERSON COLLEGE LODGE 760 PROUDLY PRESENTS THE 2015 MASONIC EDUCATION SYMPOSIUM Brethren… Don’t miss this great opportunity to come and hear two Masonic Scholars who will share their research with you. Featured speakers include Steven Bullock, Author and History professor from Worcester, MA, and Robert Herd, Author of The Initiatic Experience, Owner and Editor of Living Stones Masonic Magazine, and PM of Enlightenment Lodge #198 in Colorado. Other speakers include: Mike Daniels, Jonathan Underwood, and Ben Sorensen. We will also have the First Annual Masonic Ritual Competition concurrent to the lecture series. The Symposium is free of charge and starts at 9:00 am. The competition starts at 8:30 am These events will take place on Saturday, June 13 at the Greensboro Masonic Temple located at 426 W Market St, Greensboro, North Carolina 27401 . Lunch on your own. Smoked Boston Pork Butt (shoulder) Sale 2015
Salem Lodge No. 289 of Winston-Salem and Kernersville Lodge No. 669 of Kernersville and Bivouac Lodge #503
will hold smoked butt sale for pick up on Saturday, April 25 at three locations.

For $35 you get a whole hickory smoked butt and a pint of sauce . The Boston Butt cut is from a pork shoulder and cooked weights will vary between 4-7 pounds. The cost of the whole butt will be $35 and this includes a pint of sauce. The butts will be slow smoked with hickory wood.
They will be ready for pickup between 9:00 a.m. and noon on Saturday, April 25, 2015. The pickup locations are noted below.
You must come pickup and pay for your order on Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 9:00 AM until Noon at the pickup location you designate on the form. No, we cannot hold your order until another time. If you do not pickup your order it will be sold to our waiting list. We must have Your Name, an Email Address to remind you and a telephone number on the form. Required Fields are indicated.. All proceeds benefit Masonic Charities. You are getting Championship Award Winning Pork that you can slice or chop and a pint of secret BBQ sauce.

It is with great sadness that I report the death this evening of Brother John Letchworth . We do not have any news yet of the funeral arrangements. I wanted to let everyone know with many people heading out of town for the holiday weekend. We will provide more information as we learn it.
