Quiet, small neighborhood (cul-de-sac)
Entire Home: 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Privately fenced backyard. Screened lanai. Parking up to 4 vehicles (no commercial vehicles).
Bedroom 1: twin daybed with twin trundle.
Bedroom 2: queen bed.
Bedroom 3: full bunk (bottom) twin (top).
Bedroom 4: king bed with private bathroom/walk in closet. Walk-in shower.
Amenities include:

Laundry/cleaning: full size washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaners, broom, dustpan, swiffer duster mop, game closet.
Kitchen: dual fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, air fryer, electric griddle, blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee machine (whole pot & kcup).
Desk and chair workspace located in first bedroom.
Smart TV’s in all four bedrooms + living room. Guests log in with their own subscriptions.
Safety: fire alarms throughout home, fire extinguisher & first aid kit provided.
Trash/Recycle bins on property.
We allow up to 2 dogs on property. Owners must be able to show proof of breed/weight and vaccinations. Size per pet: 50lb max. $75 pet fee. All pets must be crated when owners are not at the home with them. Unless in backyard, pets must be leashed outside in the neighborhood. Guest assumes all damages by pets. Onsite sustainable dog waste receptacle located in backyard.
