🚨 PROPERTY TAXES ON ACCESS DEEDS

Starting this year the county is taxing a majority of the 0.31 acre access deeds. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up to make sure and get your taxes paid or you could potentially lose your property. Most bills seem to be less than $8

You can check by calling the Tax Collector at 863-534-4700 or online at www.polktaxes.com or DM us and we can let you know 👍

Well the company is officially 20 years old as of a couple weeks ago. Figured was a good time to drag out some old pictures.

Incredibly grateful to be one of the few still doing it and looking forward to another 20 years. Thanks y’all!
