Virginia Student Services Conference (VSSC) is now accepting program proposals for our 2026 conference, taking place November 11–13, 2026. Whether you're a graduate student, new professional, mid-level manager, director, or vice president, we encourage you to share your knowledge and experiences with colleagues from across the Commonwealth.

We welcome presentations from all areas of student affairs, including student engagement, wellbeing and support services, fraternity and sorority life, advising, conduct, housing and residence life, and more!
