Meet Thomas Pink, our Director of Food and Beverage at Hotel Winters and Carboniā€™s Ristorante. šŸ‘‹

Before joining our team, Thomas owned and operated Pinkā€™s Grill, gaining hands-on experience in every part of the restaurant business, from menu development and kitchen operations to staffing, guest service, and financial management.

Thomas joined Hotel Winters as Food and Beverage Supervisor in 2024. Today, he oversees the restaurant, bar, banquets, Abbey Rooftop Lounge, Railroad Courtyard, and special events throughout the property.

He also helps bring experiences like wine pairing dinners, rooftop tastings, seasonal dinners, live music, and private events to life.
