One of our favorite times of year has arrived in Winthrop. Warm days, crisp evenings, beautiful mountain scenery, and that first hint of fall in the Methow Valley.

There’s something special about this time of year in the Methow Valley. The mornings and evenings are getting a little cooler, the days are still pleasantly warm, and hints of fall color are slowly beginning to appear.

Spend the day exploring Winthrop and the Methow Valley, then come back to River’s Edge Resort for a restful night in a private cabin along the river.

🦝 BREAKING NEWS… Jimothy has officially checked in at River’s Edge Resort! ♨️🌲

After all the excitement surrounding Washington’s favorite furry celebrity, it looks like our Jimothy decided it was time for a little vacation of his own!

This morning, we caught him doing exactly what every guest dreams of—relaxing in one of our riverside hot tubs, soaking in the fresh mountain air, and enjoying the peaceful beauty of the Methow Valley. We don’t blame him one bit. 💙
