Sooooo we have a little news. BUT before we give you said news we need to ask a favor of you. Before you think of how insanely bad you want to take that road trip could you do us one really big favor and hit pause? I know it’s weird that a scenic byway is asking you to wait before traveling but we just reallllllly have to. Aside from the fact that the Governor has told us we all need to stay home right now, there is more at stake. In a nutshell, those adorable small communities that we all love so much all tucked in those beautiful mountains just aren’t equipped to welcome guests yet. Lodging including camping is not open yet, many public spaces and federal lands are not open and most businesses aren’t ready to welcome the traveling public yet either. Soooo if you love the Loop like we do, let’s think of the impact we could have in these communities ahead of our desire to visit—just for now. We 100% promise that we’ll tell you when the time is right for you to visit. Realllly want to help these awesome folks out?
