Trail lovers itinerary❤
If your ideal getaway involves hiking boots, scenic overlooks, and fresh air, save this itinerary:
🌲STOP 1: Devil's Lake State Park
Start with the big one. Hike the bluffs, take in the beautiful views and check out the iconic Balanced Rock.
🥾STOP 2: Parfey's Glen
Trade the bluff views for a sandstone gorge and a trail that follows the creek to a waterfall. It's only 1.6 miles round trip, but it feels like a whole different world.
🍃STOP 3: Mirror Lake State Park
Slow things down a bit with miles of wooded trails, sandstone formations and lake views. The park has more than 19 miles of hiking trails, so there's plenty to explore.
