As the summer season comes to a close, we celebrated our incredible associates earlier this week with the annual Chula Games—our own version of the Olympics! 🏅

Associates signed up for a variety of events, competed alongside their coworkers, and enjoyed some well-deserved fun. It’s one of our favorite ways to recognize the hard work, dedication, and energy our team brings all summer long.

Congratulations to our June Associate of the Month, Ricky from Grounds Maintenance! 👏

Since joining Chula Vista Resort in 2024, Ricky has become an invaluable part of our team. From early morning parking lot maintenance and waste disposal to event setup, package deliveries, seasonal grounds care, snow removal, and countless behind-the-scenes projects, Ricky's dedication helps keep our resort running smoothly every day.

His flexibility, reliability, and willingness to jump in wherever he's needed embody the teamwork and commitment that make Chula Vista Resort special. While much of his work happens behind the scenes, its impact is seen and felt by associates and guests across the entire property.

- Concessions/Food Service Manager (Full-Time) – Lead daily food service operations, support your team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Housekeepers (Full-Time & Part-Time) – Help create clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for every guest.
- Maintenance (Multiple Positions Available) – Keep our resort operating at its best through repairs, maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Accounting Manager (Full-Time, Year-Round) – Support month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, payroll, and accounts payable.
- Attendants & Lifeguards (Full-Time) – Help provide a safe, fun, and memorable experience for guests enjoying our waterparks.
- Prep Cook – Kilbourn City Grill (Full-Time & Part-Time) – Prepare fresh ingredients and support our kitchen team in delivering quality dining experiences.
