2022 has been a great year for us and we would like to show our appreciation. Booking for the month of January for beef orders ANY return customers who have bought beef we will have a discount on quarters,halves or wholes for $3.95 a pound hanging weight. Orders have to be placed before Jan 1st. New customers will have a choice of quarters at $4.25 or halves and wholes at $4.15. Great prices for a great product All angus and grain finished,let’s get some dates booked! Just message to get on our list for January!

Finished up the last of the group this morning. The Scalder was going at 3 am. These were Some big birds at 8 weeks old. Very happy with the final outcome and if you haven’t tried raising some of your own meat birds you should! We’ll be doing some updates to the chicken processing trailer to make cleanup and wash down a bit easier also.

It’s always a task to butcher chickens but to do it with just 2 people was a whole another feat. 180 in a day And they came out absolutely phenomenal. Professional vacuum sealing to top it off was just wonderful. Josh luckey (the chicken whisperer) killed it and was an absolute machine amanda Paylor and the Kids always jump in to help with sorting. One to remember for sure and absolutely love my family for dealing with my crazy ideas.

Our rental chicken/turkey processing trailer in use this past summer. We will keep on renting it out in the future. Pricing will be the same as the $35 MINIMUM or $1 a bird if you have more than the 35. The feedback we get back from the farmers using it is positive and we would like to keep that going. 🐔 just remember to message plenty in advance to get your dates
