Such a fun time of year to host, living vicariously through our vacationers and we have some "Staycationers" right now. Just really impressed this summer of how respectful the youth and teens have been, love to see the gratefullness with these kids, their upbringing paying off!

We're approaching vacation planning and AFA graduation. If you have a family of 8-10, we can accommodate lower level and 1 Queen room with bath upper level. Lower level has private entrance with breath taking views of Pikes Peak, 2 private rooms, 1 full bath and large living area with kitchenette, full refrigerator/freezer. Think about alternatives to hotel and a spacious, comfortable home for your stay with us. Owners live on upper level but give you the privacy you need and agreeable to sharing full oven which is the only kitchen amenity lacking from our lower level.
